Nation’s Brightest Postdoctoral Fellows Wanted
The Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) at Baylor College of Medicine funds groundbreaking research and development that will reduce the risks to the health and performance of humans on deep space exploration missions.
TRISH is offering funding to support the nation’s brightest postdoctoral fellows in performing research that is relevant to human spaceflight. Selected applicants will receive a stipend for salary support and a set allowance for health insurance and travel for two years. An optional, competitively awarded third year of support may be available.
Applicants must submit research proposals together with a mentor and institution. Funds to support the cost of the research must be provided by the mentor. Independent investigators with existing research grant support may request to be listed as possible mentors for this program by contacting TRISH@nasaprs.com no later than June 29, 2018.
All categories of United States institutions are eligible to submit proposals (universities, federal government laboratories, the private sector, and state and local government laboratories).
